Abstract:
With the accelerated development of urbanization and the impact of climate change, the establishment of resilient cities has become a new paradigm of urban security development. As one of the important infrastructure for the construction of resilient cities, water affairs plays an increasingly important role in disaster prevention and reduction. Based on the definition of water resilience, an evaluation framework is constructed. Based on the actual investigation, expert consultation and other methods, through screening and optimization, the Beijing urban water resilience evaluation index system including 15 indicators, including target layer, criterion layer and index layer, is established to comprehensively reflect the water resilience status. AHP method and entropy weight method are used to calculate the comprehensive weight and carry out the evaluation of Beijing water resilience. The results show that the current evaluation score of water resilience in 2022 is 88.04, with a medium to high level, and the resilience level of water will increase year by year in 2025, which is consistent with the overall evaluation trend of Beijing. On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions to further improve the resilience of water; The research results can provide decision-making reference for the planning and construction of Beijing's resilient city.
