The establishment of a green evaluation system for rural industries is of great significance for achieving rural revitalization and green development. This article takes Zaozhuang City in Shandong Province as the research object, and uses the entropy method to evaluate its green development level of rural industries from 2010 to 2021. The results showed that: (1) The green level of rural industries in Zaozhuang City showed a fluctuating upward trend overall, and the coupling degree between industry and ecological environment gradually transitioned from a low level to a high level, and tended to stabilize. (2) There are significant regional differences in the greening level of rural industries in Zaozhuang City, and the spatial layout is uneven. In particular, the coordination value between rural industries and the ecological environment is below 0.5 in all districts, and the overall coordination degree of greening of rural industries is not high. In the future, it is recommended to develop differentiated regional rural industry green development plans, promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, establish a sound green industrial chain, and form a green development model for rural industries based on ecological protection and resource-friendly.
