不等臂条件下时间延迟干涉法的最优灵敏度曲线

Optimal sensitivity for unequal arm time-delay interferometry

  • 摘要: 发展了一种新算法,其能够不依赖于时间延迟干涉法基底构型的正交化过程,可直接得到最优灵敏度曲线;分别将其应用到第1代和第2代时间延迟干涉法.结果表明:尽管受不等臂模型和不同基底选择的影响,但是最优灵敏度曲线仍展现出良好的鲁棒性;基底数量对最优灵敏度曲线有显著影响,当基底数由3增加到5时,灵敏度曲线获得了显著的优化,其中基底数为3时,在0.001 \sim 0.100 Hz引力波频段内,不同基底的选择对最优灵敏度曲线影响较为显著.

     

    Abstract: A new algorithm can obtain optimal sensitivity curves directly, without relying on the time-delay interferometry configuration orthogonalization process. When applied to both first and second generation time delay interferometry, the result demonstrates that the sensitivity curves remain robust under various arm lengths and baseline configurations. Increasing the number of bases enhances the optimal sensitivity curve. Additionally, with only three bases and within the 0.001 to 0.100 Hz frequency range, the selection of specific bases affects the optimal sensitivity curve's performance.
