乡村产业绿色发展综合评价与耦合协调度分析以枣庄市为例

Comprehensive evaluation of green development and analysis of coupling coordination degree in rural industries: A Case Study of Zaozhuang City

  • 摘要: 乡村产业绿色评估体系的构建实现乡村振兴与绿色发展具有重要意义.本文以山东省枣庄市为研究对象,采用熵值法评估了其2010—2021年乡村产业绿色发展水平.结果表明: 1)枣庄市乡村产业绿色水平总体呈现波动上升趋势,产业与生态环境耦合度逐步从低水平向高水平过渡,趋于稳定.2)枣庄市乡村产业绿色化水平地域差异大,空间布局不均衡,尤其是乡村产业与生态环境的协调度值各区均<0.5,乡村产业绿色化整体协同度不高,未来建议制定差异化的区域乡村产业绿色发展方案,推动一产、二产和三产融合发展,建立完善的绿色产业链条,形成基于生态保护与资源友好的乡村产业绿色发展模式.

     

    Abstract: The establishment of a green evaluation system for rural industries is of great significance for achieving rural revitalization and green development. This article takes Zaozhuang City in Shandong Province as the research object, and uses the entropy method to evaluate its green development level of rural industries from 2010 to 2021. The results showed that: (1) The green level of rural industries in Zaozhuang City showed a fluctuating upward trend overall, and the coupling degree between industry and ecological environment gradually transitioned from a low level to a high level, and tended to stabilize. (2) There are significant regional differences in the greening level of rural industries in Zaozhuang City, and the spatial layout is uneven. In particular, the coordination value between rural industries and the ecological environment is below 0.5 in all districts, and the overall coordination degree of greening of rural industries is not high. In the future, it is recommended to develop differentiated regional rural industry green development plans, promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, establish a sound green industrial chain, and form a green development model for rural industries based on ecological protection and resource-friendly.
