Abstract: In the process of constructing the discipline of natural resources at Beijing Normal University, we have accompanied numerous high-level scientific outcomes． In recent years, seven papers have been published in the well esteemed Nature family journals． They focus on hot topics and cutting-edge fields of natural resources, such as plant resources, water resources, human health and sustainable development assessment． These publications are novel and far-reaching, with rich academic value and positive social impacts．
