黄河口水体浮游植物多样性特征及其环境影响因素研究

Study on the diversity characteristics of phytoplankton and its environmental influence factors in the Yellow River Estuary water

  • 摘要: 黄河口水体面临污染加重及生物多样性锐减等问题,亟待探明黄河口水生态现状并识别关键环境影响因素.本文采用环境DNA技术及Palmer藻类污染指数法开展黄河口浮游植物多样性及群落组成监测与评价,识别影响浮游植物多样性及群落组成的主要环境因子.分别于黄河口干流和支流采集水样,研究发现黄河口支流浮游植物多样性显著高于干流(p<0.05),且支干流在浮游植物群落组成上存在显著差异(p<0.05).藻类污染指数评价结果揭示黄河口干流富营养化水平更高.冗余分析结果识别出pH、总氮、氨氮和总磷为黄河口浮游植物多样性及群落组成差异的主要影响因子,其对群落组成差异解释超过50%.研究结果为深入探究黄河口水生态现状及其环境影响因素提供了重要依据.

     

    Abstract: The Yellow River Estuary (YRE) water body is currently confronting with significant environmental challenges, including escalating pollution and decreasing biodiversity. Therefore, there is an urgent need to explore the water ecological status of the YRE and identify the key environmental impact factors. In this study, the environmental DNA technology and Palmer algae pollution index method were used to monitor and evaluate the phytoplankton diversity and community composition in the YRE, and to identify the main environmental factors affecting the phytoplankton diversity and community composition. By collecting and analyzing water samples from the mainstream and tributaries of the YRE, we found that the phytoplankton diversity in the tributaries of the YRE was significantly higher than that in the mainstream (p<0.05), and the tributaries and mainstream also differed significantly in phytoplankton community composition (p<0.05). The evaluation results based on the Palmer algae pollution index indicated that there was a higher level of eutrophication in the mainstream of the YRE. The redundancy analysis identified pH, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus as the principal environmental factors influencing phytoplankton diversity and community composition in the YRE, accounting for over 50% of the observed variation in community composition. The research findings offer an important basis for further investigation into the current status of the water ecology of the YRE and its environmental impact factors.
