A second order Bourgain-Brézis-Mironescu type formula in Euclidean domains

摘要: 在任意欧氏区域上建立了一个2阶布尔甘—布雷齐—米罗内斯库型公式；证明了当 s\rightarrow ~2^- 时，基于二阶差分定义的s-阶内蕴Triebel-Lizorkin 型半范数收敛到2阶Sobolev范数的一个等价形式．

Abstract: In arbitrary Euclidean domains, we build up a second order BBM type formula, that is, as \texts\rightarrow 2^- , we obtained the convergence from s-order intrinisic Triebel-Lizorkin type (semi-)norm defined via 2-order difference to an equivalence of second order Sobolev (semi-)norm.
