用Origin软件探究HgCdTe单晶的变温霍尔效应

Studying the variable temperature Hall effect of HgCdTe single crystal with Origin software

  • 摘要: 利用Origin软件的模板化绘图、列数据计算、App插件等功能,探究了HgCdTe单晶样品的本征激发温区、禁带宽度、副效应影响等特性.结果表明,Origin软件在处理实验数据方面具有便捷和高效的优势.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, using template drawing, column data calculation, App plug-in and other functions of the Origin software,the characteristics of HgCdTe single crystal sample such as intrinsic excitation temperature range, band gap width, Nernst effect and Righi-Leduc are analyzed.The results show that the Origin software has the advantages of convenience and efficiency in dealing with data.
