大口径椭球型单管X射线聚焦镜设计与仿真

Design and simulation of large-diameter ellipsoidal single-bounce capillary lens

  • 摘要: 针对同步辐射光源点到样品距离长的特点,设计了镀膜与非镀膜这2种大口径椭球型单管X射线聚焦镜,并利用带有面型误差模型的仿真程序模拟了这2种大口径椭球型单管X射线聚焦镜的聚焦性能.结果表明:镀Ir膜的大口径椭球型单管X射线聚焦镜的入口直径、焦斑尺寸、焦深分别为19.0 mm、7.1 μm和0.2 mm,接收立体角约为未镀膜聚焦镜的3倍;未镀膜聚焦镜的入口直径和焦斑尺寸分别为15.0 mm和6.4 μm,焦深为镀Ir膜聚焦镜的4倍.分析了大口径椭球型单管X射线聚焦镜的面型误差对其焦斑尺寸的影响,讨论了大口径椭球型单管X射线聚焦镜的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: Two large-diameter single-bounce ellipsoidal capillary lens were designed for synchrotron radiation source, one was coated and the other was not.Performance was simulated with a surface error model.Entrance diameter of Ir-coated capillary was 19.0 mm, focal spot size was 7.1 μm, focal depth was 0.2 mm; receiving solid angle was 3-fold of uncoated one.Entrance diameter of uncoated capillary was 15.0 mm, focal spot size was 6.4 μm; focal depth was 4-fold of Ir-coated one.The relationship between surface error and focal spot size was studied.The application of large-diameter single-bounce ellipsoidal capillary in related X-ray technology was discussed.
