99mTc标记葡萄糖衍生物肿瘤显像药物的现状与展望

99mTc labeled glucose derivatives for tumor imaging

  • 摘要: 糖酵解是肿瘤细胞代谢的主要能量来源.与正常细胞相比,肿瘤细胞代谢更旺盛,因此对葡萄糖的摄取更为显著.基于此,放射性核素标记的葡萄糖及其衍生物可以用于肿瘤显像.由于99mTc优良的核性质,通过99Mo-99mTc发生器方便获得且99mTc标记药物可通过药盒化制备,因此99mTc标记葡萄糖衍生物肿瘤显像剂成为99mTc标记肿瘤放射性药物的研究热点之一.本文对各类99mTc标记的葡萄糖衍生物肿瘤显像剂的研究进展进行了评述,并对其发展方向进行了展望.

     

    Abstract: Glycolysis is a major energy source in tumor cells.Compared with normal cells, tumor cells tend to have higher metabolic rates and higher rates of glucose uptake.Therefore radionuclide-labeled glucose and derivatives are used for tumor imaging.99mTc has excellent nuclear properties and is easily obtained from 99Mo-99mTc generator.99mTc labeled radiotracers can be prepared easily from ready commercial kits.Consequently, 99mTc labeled glucose derivatives are widely used radiopharmaceuticals in tumor imaging.Recent progresses in 99mTc labeled glucose derivatives are summarized in this paper, with an outline of possible future developments.
